Agent abilities against Minion opponent

Hi guys:
Just a quick question:
Is there any limitation regarding the use of the agent's ability of "tapping to make certain creatures playable", when you are playing against a Minion opponent?
I know that cards that require agents to be played are not allowed against Minion players, but this is an intrinsic ability (like moving, attacking or untapping)....
For example, If my opponent is a Minion, can I reveal Elwen at Minas Tirith to make elves playable there, and make a surprise hit with my Elf-Lord revealed in wrath?
and what about hitting with Master of the House? nasty! 
Can I move Dror to the Worthy-hills and then tap him for making men playable, so I can attack with an Assassin there?
