it is or?

so i can't use the bow of dragonhorn to reduce the strikes of an dragon automatic attack??? or an dragon at home manifestation?
because it says:

tap bow of dragonhorn to reduce the number of strikes of a creature not-keyed to a site....

Automatic attacks are not keyed to anything.

Neither are they hazard creature attacks.

So Bow of Dragon Horn will not work on them for both these reasons.
