Underground Movement

When I travelled von (let's say) Carn Dûm to its underground site The Iron Deeps, do I remove Carn Dûm? If so, how can I go back from The Iron Deeps? Thanks!

That's the trick of underground movement. Solutions:
- Don't tap surface site, so you can travel back.
- Make a little underground trip and go outside from other place.
- Use Legendary Stairs
