The Lidless Eye: Spying out the Land
Rarity: Rare, Precise: R

Resource: Short-event

Magic. Spirit-magic. Playable on a spirit-magic-using character during the organization phase. Opponent may reveal to you any hazards from his hand, and only those hazards can be played during the character company's movement/hazard phase. Unless he is a Ringwraith, character makes a modified by -3.
The card has the similar problem as Alert the Folk (https://councilofelrond.org/forum/viewt ... =68&t=4648).
There may be none, one, or multiple character company's movement/hazard phases, in current turn or in next turns.
We will not speak of such things even in the morning of the Shire.

It's part of a large problem with ICE not specifying duration on many cards that need such. Most resource short-events fall into either "instant" or "until the end of the turn," but most are inferred rather than explicitly noted.

I believe the intended duration here is "company's movement/hazard phase(s) this turn," but it is again not written and left to implication alone.
The game is flawed, but this does not mean it cannot be loved.
