Been down the Rabbit-hole, looking for help on a few questions I can't seem to find the answers to-
1) What is the purpose of having stage points associated with minion resources? Most appear to be playable only by Ringwraith or Black player only. I don't see that a Fallen-wizard or Lord-player could utilize these cards, and I don't see any mechanism that requires counting stage points for Black players.
2) Are there stage resources that a Black player could utilize once they have gathered enough stage points? I'm not seeing any currently that require a threshold to use. Or, is there some mechanism that can turn a Fallen-wizard into a Black player that can then utilize some of these alignment-restricted stage resources?
3) Does the above suggest that players other than White players can utilize the general use stage resources designed for Fallen-wizards and Lord-players? e.g., 'Never Refuse', or 'A Merrier World'. I interpreted it as a one-way design with player alignment and use.
4) I am not finding any mechanism that would allow a non- Orc or Troll character to become a Warlord, which seems to be a strictly Black player mechanic. Is there something I am missing, or is this a design being worked on with the anticipated DC: Kingdom of the North expansion? Otherwise, 'Gift of Deceit' Command card doesn't seem to have a purpose, yet.
Stage Resources, Black players, and Warlords questions
Questions are referring to standard game with White Hand and The Lidless Eye expansions in terms of stage resource use for minion players, but also with reference to Dream Cards, given that stage points for minion cards seem to all come from the DC expansions.

We will not speak of such things even in the morning of the Shire.
