Carn Dum and "Any attack against a minion company at this site is canceled."

If I play a cave drake on 2 wilderness in the site path, does it get canceled or since we are not attacking at the haven will still continue as normal.

assumes that a target company is moving. "Any attack against a minion company at this site is canceled." does not apply to it.
