Either I'm retarded, or this CRF everyone references is rather hard to locate on this web site.

So far as I know, they haven't posted the updated CRF. And older CRF without many Netrep rulings can be found at http://www.meccg.net/netherlands/meccg/ under the Rules section. It has the ICE-era rulings, but be aware that it does not contain Netrep rulings.The Judge Certification Program is also working on two further rules projects: (1) a Universal Rulesbook, which will incorporate the seven files listed above into a single svelte document, and (2) an updated CRF, so that players need not search through hundreds of digests.
