1) when building deck with one Unltd version of Wizards starter deck, do you use all of the cards ?
2) how big are decks supposed to be ?
3)can you use more than one wizard in a deck ?
4) Are there any spoilers on the web anywhere with card info ?

1) It depends. Mainly, with a starter you might have to throw everything in if you cannot meet the normal deck building requirements found in the rules.
2) 25 resources and an equal number of hazards minimum. 30 for tournament play.
3) Yes.
