Rules for Dragon Lords, Elf Lords, and Dwarf Lords

I noticed on GCCG that you can have Dragon Lord, Elf Lord, and Dwarf Lord decks. Where can I find the rules for building these decks?

Those sets come from the body of work called "Dream Cards". More information can be found in this forum in Alternative Game Formats, Vastor's Showcase:

There are individual rule files and a general rule file which includes items like the use of the UEP as standard for Dream Card games.

I believe that on GCCG Dream Card maps have also been added. To scroll through the maps, after pressing "ctrl+m" to view the main map, press "ctrl+->" (where "->" is the right arrow [or you can use the left]).
