Created a new thread for general UEP feedback.

The results from the previous UEP poll up to 03 Feb 2007 were:

I like UEPs. 38% [ 8 ]
I like UEPs, but am wary of the direction they're going. 9% [ 2 ]

I'm not up to date, but I think UEP shouldn't change things that do not have to be changed (like plyablity of barrow wight)

UEPs were designed and put forward for a variety of reasons; one of them being for thematic play. These were voted upon by the community in the same way other UEPs were and interestingly this one, which you raised the question over, actually acquired a unanimous voting in favour of the proposal (i.e. 100%)!

Though had I been around then, I probably would have voted no. There are already ways to make a Barrow-Wight playable at the Barrow Downs (changing the site type, Sleepless Malice, etc.). On the other hand, most of the UEPs I'm fully in favor of; those of which I disapprove were ones wherein I was outvoted by the community, so I accept them, anyway.
