Council of Elrond

a while ago I found a great map online with all the details of automatic attacks, playable items etc for each site.
I am planning to introduce a friend or two to the game and think this map would really help.
I found a minion version on an old hard drive, but don't have a hero version.

can anyone help?

Forod won't allow you to move to a site in Númeriador
The Worthy Hills do tap as hero site, but you can untap it with a scout + sage tapping while site phase
