Does anyone have this book, or at the very least, the text of the sites in the book?

I'd like to create my own for personal play, and cannot find a copy less than $200, which is insane.

If you check provided links, many of these sites have original images, but with colours

Price is high because its collectible stuff now. A lot of people want it but only few copies left

I've a copy for sale, check the Cards for Sale section, book is in good condition, the foldable map is reïnforced at the back with tape.

I'm interested in using these cards, which are based on the A Long Expected Party book. I have never seen a copy of this book. Is there a map included, that tells you how these sites are linked or how you can travel from one to another?

Yes there is a map in the book.

However you do not need this map. Simply check the region name on the site cards and use the usual Meccg map

just get all these cards from GCCG SVN version, as well as many more, no need to get it running even if you just want to print them from the MSE files straight away
