Up to date DC Map?

Is a fully corrected and up to date version of this map available? In Hi-Res? With all the sites, regions, what can be played etc?
If not, what are the fonts used on MECCG maps, so I can try and create such a map.

Is there any way this map can be made available?
And does it have all the sites detailed on it too? And will the sites include the Dwarf Lords and the First Born sites?
Anyway at all?

Yeah, not sure what that means.
I just want to know if I can get a hi res copy of this map so I can print if for my own use.
