Here's a list of ME artwork for which prints were produced AFAIK:

- Alan Lee: Various prints available at various shops like artists.co.uk
- Angelo Montanini: a series of 6 of his illustrations (including the One Ring) exists, can be bought at Tolkienshop.com
- Audrey Corman: had a signed & limited series of 200 copies of many of her illustrations
- Donato Giancola: prints of 19 illustrations available, signed; at least 2 others had been previously produced and were sold as montages (along with sketch and card)
- Ed Beard: prints of 10 illustrations available on his website (signed & limited to 2000), European customers might prefer Tolkienshop.com
- Gail McIntosh: Prints exist, but don't know of which illustrations
- John Howe: Various prints available at various shopsl like this one
- Lissanne Lake: At least "Honey on the tongue" was around sometime. Not sure if there are others, too.
- Liz Danforth: 3 prints available here
- Quinton Hoover: Series of signed & limited (to 1000 copies) had been produced for 5 illustrations
- Randy Asplund-Faith: prints of all illustrations available
- Rob Alexander: prints of 15 illustrations available (but note that orders placed might take up to infinite time to be shipped :( )
- Ron Chironna: prints of 3 illustrations available, series of at least 12 illustrations had been produced
- Ron Miller: a series of at least 3 illustrations had been produced
- Ron Rousselle: Series of signed & limited (to 2000 copies) exist, at least of 2 illustrations (Durin's axe, Scroll of Isildur), possibly more
- Stephen Graham Walsh: Print series exist of at least 11 of his illustrations, limited to 2000 copies
- Ted Nasmith: Some classics available from his authorized store, but other shops also have prints.

Some artists also do prints on personal request. Liz Danforth, Ted Nasmith, Angelo Montanini, Robin Wood, for instance, did so in the past.

If you know others, please add them here, thanks!

That's a comprehensive list! Some of these artists are on Twitter as well. Thanks for sharing.

Also, Nasmith has some of his other MECCG artwork in binders and on slides and he may be able to find them and make a print. He did a small print for me and it's very nice. However, he did say that some of his art was essentially lost and that he has done commissioned re-makes or sorts.

Master of Wood, Water, and Hill from a slide.
