Council of Elrond

I was looking around the Black Council of Mordor site a couple of days ago and wanted to ask them a question about something. The email addresses don't work though. I realize they aren't really active anymore but the site is still up so someone must at least be keeping that online. If anyone can get me a good email address for anyone connected with the council in the Phillipines I'd appreciate it.
