<p>Tap a character at a untapped Haven [{H}] during the site phase. The character makes an attempt to bring a faction into play (reveal the faction with the card). The length of the site path from this Haven to the site at which the faction can be played must be two or less (this must be verified by an available site card). The influence check for this attempt is modified by -1 and is <i>not</i> modified by the influencing character's direct influence. If the attempt is successful tap the character’s site. May be used to influence an opponent’s faction only when you are attempting to bring your copy of the faction into play.</p><p>Cannot be included in a Fallen-wizard's deck.</p>

You are right. Anyway, the Old Road text in the current database is correct. The CoE version simply does not include the CRF clarifications and the initial "untapped". We will review it in the next CRF.

2. Whether a card "Cannot be included in a Fallen-wizard's deck." is decided by other set of rules, not by text of a card itself.

We have used the precedent of cards like Foul Fumes from the Challenge Deck version. In this version, they add a rule that appears in the MELE booklet. We believe this information is valuable for players to have directly on the card text.

Instead of creating a new topic I decided to report another discrepancy here.

Card Erratum: Change «…playable on a detainment automatic-attack a minion company is facing. The attack becomes normal…» to «…playable on a detainment automatic-attack. Against a minion company the attack becomes normal…». [CoE IE 2018]

Playable on a Free-hold [ ] or Border-hold [ ]. An additional automatic-attack is created at the site this turn: 5 strikes with 8 prowess (detainment, no attack type). Alternatively, playable on a detainment automatic-attack a minion company is facing. The attack becomes normal (not detainment) and has -1 prowess.

There is still "a minion company is facing" that is so complicating a life (and lack of "Against a minion company").
