MCCG.EXE detected and removed as Malware !!!

Hi Guys,

my AVG antivirus software dectected the dreamcard trunk mccg.exe as malware and removed it !!! Now i have to play with the old mccg.exe without dreamcards :oops:

Someone had the same problem???

its weird, because the file to run GCCG is not an .exe file, it is a .bat file...

Are you sure the file removed was that one?

you are right, the detected malware was

C:\dream_cards\trunk\module_windows32\ccg_client.exe

Very funny...
And considering I built that executable myself, what kind of malware would it contain according to AVG ?

The analyser from Image Avira GmbH have tested the software and stated it is clean.
Die Datei 'CCG_CLIENT.EXE' wurde als 'CLEAN' eingestuft. Unsere Analytiker haben in dieser Datei keinen Schadcode gefunden.
The false alert about an unknown malware at Heiners PC was causd by a heuristic method from his AVN Anti-Virus Program. It did not find a Malware Program. It throw a warning because an executable compressed file, that did download code, was lanched by the file system.
