I just got kicked with a black screen, and none of the bat files I start open me a new screen, the remain dark, not even a background is given...

I deleted both bat files and have them replaced by new downloads from core with the same result...
so it seems I broke something within my C/.GCCG folder which is responsible for the connection to the server...

any help is preciated as I am at a loss right now

in the .gccg folder the only relevant ones are username passwords and decks, so you can back those files up and delete the whole folder, and then create a new acount start the game, close it and replace the files

The current released versions of the executables will choke if they try to load from a file that's 0 bytes. If you find any 0-byte files in the profile directory, point them out so we can have a lead for what might be causing it to write such a thing.
