Seeking help via Skype to setup

Would anybody be willing to talk me through download and setup via Skype please? My time zone is GMT +10 and I'm fairly flexible with time of day.

Thanks Nicolai. Have sent PM which is sitting in my outbox so don't know whether it is also on it's way to you. I see you encountered the same issue at one point but it was marked as resolved. Perhaps it has arisen again.
Edit: Took a few hours but the PM has moved from outbox to sent!
