I was thinking of replacing The Mouth as a player so to use the creature card during the 24 turn Avatar Decks.
Almost the entire deck of the Mouth can be given to Scatha the Worm and still punish Thranduil. Of course, Lt. of DG
will need to sent somewhere. I was thinking to Dwar. Then Dwar can use Lt. of DG instead of Gaurhir for the Warlord Deck.
Orders From Lugburz and IBAYH will help Virish use sorcery via MR Weals. Just an Idea.
Scatha the Worm now can cause Azog and Smaug the Golden trouble while deciding to raid Rohan for a new home.

I voted for change to Scatha, Mouth was typical minion player, another Dragonlord would add more to the game I believe

That would put total Dragon-lord avatars around Grey Mountains to 4, no? Perhaps rather much.
But Mouth is not an avatar, even if he's got a Warlord card. If it's to be a Dragon-lord, let it be Scatha.
