Hi you all, is it allowed to play Spirit-abuse on Celedhring in a Balrog deck?I think not but want to be sure.Uwe

How would a balrog player ( not a Dragon-lord) even get Celedhring into play, to be able to play Spirit-abuse on him. Balrog players so far can only play overt characters
