Ancient Skill and Wisdom : "Playable on an Elf with a mind of 8 or more... Target Elf may use spells..."

Can this card be played on Elf-Lords ? They have a mind, but only when they are played as characters ?

PS: I think it would be a good idea to open a "First Folk" sub-forum in the Dreamcards section....

Yes it can be played on Elf-lord avatar.
nb. Unlike Dwarf-lords the Elf-lord avatars can't be played as normal characters, but their mind is always relevant, e.g. playing Fireworks etc.
