Can Elf-lords or Dwarf-lords (or other future lords yet to be printed (i.e. Atani) use Deep Mines?

Per the DC Lord-player Rules File found in gccg/metw/dreamcard world/rules directory
everyone can use Deep Mines. The one limitation is Elf-lords cannot have their natural Haven attached to Deep Mines.

So you know Deep Mines do not have internet access to play gccg.

Cause I have used Deep Mines in GCCG, with no problem. They were tricky to find at first, I think it was just click a Mountain Range and they showed up able to select...
