Council of Elrond

« They are accounted for » entry page 73 in ME:FB book reads « this card is black player only » but it is not mentioned on the card itself.

Should it have been printed on the card? Or is the book wrong? Or am I missing something?

Card over anything else, the guide is usually full of jibberish

Let me explain, the guides are written over a period of years. Meanwhile the cards might change due to testing etc. We try to weed out out(up)dated info, but some things can slip our attention.
