Quick rules Q: can Aranruth not be used by Celeborn or Thranduil to complete The Elf-king?

of the 3 of the 4 elflords are Sinda, so Aranruth is only 3 CPs for a Sindaso still enough for the 7 total, , but also Celeborn is not an Elf-lord so he can never use it to fullfill it

But -- if controlled by a Sinda, Aranruth is only 3MP + 3CP which isn't enough for Elf-king's 7, no?

Yeah, definitely a bummer to not be able to make use of Aranruth -- would prefer to play with as many DCs as possible! Ironic that the -1CP is actually a disadvantage in this case.
