Firstborn/Durin's Folk reprint (along with Nortern Waste)?

Simple question here, but I couldn't find the answer either here or on the facebook page:
When The Northern Waste get printed, will there be an option to:
1) Order reprints of Firstborn and/or Durin's Folk ? (And The Necromancer, which I already have)
2) Just order such a reprint ? (without TNW, as I have limited disposable income, and Dwarves have to come first!)

+ I think I'm on the "list"/"waiting list" for DC, but is there an easy to make sure?

That all depends on how much interest there is in a reprint. But I must in all honesty say, I doubt that will happen.
We have a list of people who missed out on the printing, but that list is rather short for the moment.

I'd be keen to obtain any physical card prints for dream cards as well. I'm only one more name but you never know!
