MECCG Worlds 2011 rules - home rule

Important message !!!
I decided (after many consultations) to allow german promos in this tournament.
We can use them in so many events so why not at Worlds.

Will be interesting if we see at least one of the promos in a deck , i am not that sure about it, may be one of the agents

Some of these promos are very good. Das Pack vor der Tur with animals is nice (Mumakil at underdeeps !!!) or agents vs Rohan resources & characters.
