This is a hostel Mikko and I will be staying in.
2 person rooms costs 30.50 each, and it includes breakfast, linen, and a private bathroom/shower.

According to my routeplanner its approximately 2.5 km walk to the venue where Worlds is held.

If anyone else found a nice location of themselves, feel free to post it here to make things easier for others.

I would be interested in coming, but since I am still a student the whole event will be rather expensive to me in any case. Are there any local players where I might stay with my sleeping bag? Otherwise I will probably come for one or two days only.

I'm up for splitting a room too, if anyone is interested.

I'll be there from Wed. the 23rd until the 31st or 1st.

Last weekend I booked 2 rooms for 'the Spanish Armada', but I'm still waiting for a confirmation from the hostel.

Do you guys have the same problem?

You can book directly on their "Book now page" (only if you have a credit card). I have used this system and I had no problem.

I had my confirmation within 2 days. Maybe best to give them a call or so.

Finally I got my "permission" to participate this year's Worlds ! :-)

I'll stay in the Youth Hostel with my wife during the night thursday/friday. Is there anybody willing to let me stay in their/his room (given there's still a bed free...:-) ) for the following two nights (until sunday) ?

Yours, Markus
