What's your favorite DC card and why is it Backpack?

Backpack is great because you aren't stuck with the minor item that you normally choose before seeing your opponent's deck. You could just tap the bearer and get Healing Herbs (DCE: don't tap character), Star-glass (DCE: don't tap character), even Miruvour, whatever your need. Only issue is that everyone plays Sam Gamgee as first draft pick.

Could be a tight call between backpack and Black Crows

More like least favorite card!

Black crows is x3 in every deck of mine as I usually struggle to fulfill the 25% DC cards requirements for hazards!
The release of the Necromancers helps a bit, but Black crows still has strong appeal.

I actually like 2 cards, but they go hand in hand.

For hazard creature: Dwarven War Party. You can decimate a hero compan with the right cards or bother minion companies in Southern Mirkwood.

Hazard event: Cult of the Eye (MEWR) to bother companies staying in small area.

Ally: Bob, a hobbit, a Scout, and handles Lost Knowledge to visit hidden sites to burglarize!

Faction: Eyes of Malezar; play Vampire at any site with one of your agents.Good enough to travel using Forced March
just to play this faction.

Aranuth. Give this to Cirdan along with Phial of Galadriel and harass Undead sites all day and night. Or given to Glorifindel
having Beretar as a follower.


Events: Channels of Chey is brutal.
Hunters and Slayers is easy to take prisoners for other uses.
Symbol of Malice keeps sites in play.

Character: Haeldwyn, can use magic with other cards, DI against Orcs, a Man Sage to join a party of Orcs.

Site: Long Marshes, a swamp for some uses like Canals and Causeways; deep Mine it and then dig to Wind-Deeps or Rusted Deeps
or using dream stage events to dig under Withered Hearth, or reach Sulfur-Deeps with New Tunnels. Dragon-lords can also make it
a new Dragon Den outside of the mountains or Withered Hearth. Can play hero allies and factions there two not using the Lonely Mountain.
Smaug definitly had a RING bell on that crib.

Region: Nuriag, No more four region moves to Gorgoroth from Dagorlad or Harondor (Chelkar now existing).
