New hero scenario proposal : The Servants of Manwë

So, it's a proposal for a new hero scenario, about the Eagles.
it is designed to be "Easy", but it must be a challenge too !

The Servants of Manwë :

Level : Easy

Deck Requirement : Saruman can not be your Wizard.

Winning Requirements :
Gwaihir, Lindion the Oronin and The Great Eagles are in play.
The Windlord Found Me has been stored.
A character in a company who has moved with Eagle-mounts to a Ruins and Lairs site has successfully played a non minor item in the site phase of the same turn (at least twice in the game).
Fifteen Birds in Five Firtrees has been played (at least twice in the game).

Adjust Winnning Requirements for Eagle-mounts and Fifteen Birds in Five Firtrees ony once to keep scenario easy.

In order to keep Manwë spirit, why not playing an event that require an information instead of a minor item ?

I like the idea!

For an easy game it should be OK to have and 15 Birds in 5 Firtrees played only once. The main thing is to have the allies and the faction in play at the end.
The idea to have something with "information" played is also nice and often not that useful, which makes the scenario a bit harder if Eagle-mounts has to be played only once.

A character in a company who has moved with Eagle-mounts to a Ruins and Lairs site has successfully played a "Dreams of Lore" in the site phase of the same turn (at least once in the game). This "Dreams of Lore" must be stored afterwards.
The following resource cards have been played at least once : Fifteen Birds in Five Firtrees, The Cock Crows, The Old Thrush.
