Why does Heiko has three scenarios listed (Return of the King/The Shire/ Mordor in Arms).
I thought only 2 decks were allowed.
Or do the two hero scenarios come in one deck?

Yes, his hero deck was constructed to fulfill 2 scenarios.

Cool.
Are minion scenarios unpopular? Or are they just new?

The scenario format is mainly played by French players.
Most of them are beginners or do not play very often.
So, they prefer hero scenarios.

Thanks.
So, what's the minimum and maximum number of decks allowed? 1 and 2 respectively?

And what is meant by pre-constructed in this case? "Five participants played with a pre-constructed deck".

You must bring a hero deck. And, if you want, a minion deck.
"You may only play a Ringwraith deck if your opponent also possesses a Ringwraith deck. In this case, each player makes a 2 dice-roll. The player with the highest result chooses to play Wizard against Wizard, or Ringwraith against Ringwraith."

New players have no cards to play, and some other players have no time to build a deck. So, I have made 12 preconstructed (playtested )decks. I bring them on demand in the tournaments. I can send you the card lists (and play tips), if your are interested).

All of them are pre-constructed in a way, hence my question. Thanks for explanation.

Thank you, but no. One of the three funs of MECCG for me is deck-building. I've already made a deck on one of the hero scenarios and am play-testing it. I've also made a minion deck, but it still has to be tested. So I would like to try my skills at deck-building and see how good I am at that.
I intend to be at the next Lure (my first) and would greatly like to take part in the scenario tournament.

I'd be interested. The person I play with locally doesn't have any decks of his own, so the more options I can bring to the table, the better.

Thank you very much.
Another thing - are sites from A Long Expected Party, Northern Waste and Hands of the Healer allowed?

No, we play only with "normal" cards (and the german promos).
You can play with proxies if you have not all the cards.
