A small gift for german players
Hello, pals.
Sorry for posting here in english, but unfortunately I don't know a single word in your language...
So, here's a small gift for you... It is part of a HUGE project that I have in mind, that you'll hear about soon, and in which you can get involved ! Stay tuned and enjoy ! [-me_cp-]

Re: A small gift for german players
Nice indeed. And it reminds me, that someone already did a complete set of German cards some years ago. Cant remember who it was. But i should have a copy of it somewhere. If this could help you in any way, just let me know.
Re: A small gift for german players
Oh, yes. I'd like to see it, but more as a curiosity than any other thing. I did these cards as 'trials' and 'proofs of concept' for my upcoming project, but I don't have the intention to make a full german collection !
The main text font (Times new roman) doesn't even have the ß character...

@Thorondor:
Would be interested in who it was, too.
@nico21000:
There's 2 typos on the Radagast card, maybe you'd like to correct these?
- The race of Radagast should read "Gefallener Zauberer" (instead of "Gefallenen", a matter of grammar)
- The first "HeldenVerbündete" better reads with a hyphen, too, "Helden-Verbündete"
Cheers!

Re: A small gift for german players
Fantastic!
So sorry I've detected two more typos only now
Gefallener-Zauberer => Gefallener Zauberer (no hyphen, either)
Heere des spielers => Heere des Spielers (capital S)

Mail sent.

Re: A small gift for german players
Wow! These look really amazing. Do you have an estimate of when the sets will be ready?
Re: A small gift for german players
Unfortunately, no.
I'm working on building Photoshop templates for an eventual remaster that will be digital-only, and allowing to port the entire game to previously unreleased languages. English is the first and main goal, but it's an insane amount of work (~1650 cards) that I won't be able to handle only by myself, and I don't know a single german word. So you shouldn't expect anything, unless someone will apply as a volunteer to do it...

Re: A small gift for german players
I think there are already some translations available. Let me check and I message you.

Re: A small gift for german players
I've just updated the list of the German WH edition.

Re: A small gift for german players
The "Lidless Eye" german edition was missing "Goblin-gate".
If I have good informations it was released later, as a small addon to the "Against the Shadow" german edition, which was sold as a whole set.
I recently found a poor picture of it, reproduced here:
With a bit of magic, I managed to "rebuild" a decent version of this card. Enjoy:

Re: A small gift for german players
It was me who did the whole set of Balrog and White Hand cards as a pdf in german language.
I had printed it an the same cardboard as the original ones.
But the printing is not as good as the unofficial new sets.
But still very good.
In sleeves you wouldn’t notice a difference to the originals.
