What is wrong here? I did not sign up for a X-mas-campaign
and won't play around X-mas nor New Year.

tournament started later because 2 reasons:

1- GCCG was down for some time
2- Pawel had personal issues so we missed a tourney coordinator.

That delayed it for almost a month. Aside from that, people should be conscious enough to play before deadline or they should get a bye.

Yeah, but thats nuts. I cant play a game and make a deck in seven days. Also considering that a game can be played at the last possible day and then one must make a deck with his partner on this day, just to announce avatar changings on this same day. The time limit is to short.

Grzegorz (aka Gothmog) and I, we plan to play tonight at 21:00.
We are sorry for the delay but real life is sometimes more important than METW.

Just to add my 2 cents: Heiner and I, we were although truggeling because of the short deckbuildung and play period of one week only, but we all knew before.

For my part, I had to reschedule and replay my game in round 2 because when we had it almost finished, the server crashed, and the savegame didn't work.
