Hi,
We're Consola y Tablero, a Spanish site about board games and video games. We want you to show you the two articles we've written about MECCG (rules). Each week we're going to publish new articles, interviews, videos and some things more.

 wtf?? They really use region cards for movement/hazard phase?!
In 11 years of playing I never saw a single person ever use region cards for movement but just a map...
Is there anyone in the community who ever saw a game where region cards were used for movement?

I've contemplated using region cards once or twice, just for the nostalgia factor, but I've never followed through with it. Region cards are one of those things that I don't know how they made it out of the play-testing phase of the game's development.

That's true, they are awfully awkward to play, but hey, I'm glad they made it through the playtesting, because that's why we can have those wonderful cards, the pics are incredibly nice :)
C'mon, not the Elves of Lindon AGAIN...
