yes they do, all Lord alignments (which derive from FWs) do
Dragon-lords do not
so all Fallen alignments using hero rings to test!

Sure it is the FW-rules and our rules refer to them,
the list of not to use cards, is replaced by our list, as told in the rules!

To be honest I can't find a notification saying that the Lord list replace the FW one in the rules. That's why I asked, but maybe I have missed it.
In my opinion the main rules of FW that applies to Lords should be clearly remebered in DC rules (like the malus on test), there are not so many and it would avoid reader to switch between two documents. Could be convenient for new comers.
By the why thanks a lot for your reply.
