Choking Shadows
All Awakened Plant attacks are doubled. One character can tap to cancel one of these attacks. Any Awakened Plant creature can be played against a company that has defeated an Awakened Plant creature during its current movement/hazard phase. Awakened Plant creature attacks at Shadow-holds attack normally, not as detainment. Discard this card at the end of any movement/hazard phase in which an Awakened Plant attack is defeated. Cannot be duplicated.

Words of Power and Terror
Playable on an Orc, Man, Troll or Mûmak creature strike (or strike at the company's new site) if you reveal a Nazgûl from hand. If the strike has no body, it has 6 body, and the Nazgûl cannot be played as an event this movement/hazard phase. The next Nazgûl attack against the company this turn cannot be cancelled, chooses defending characters, and resulting body checks for the Nazgûl and character(s) are modified by +1. In addition, this attack may be keyed to Weathertop, Minas Tirith, or a non-haven site with Eye of Sauron. Cannot be duplicated on a given turn.

Legolas
Unique. 7 Mind. Warrior/Scout/Ranger
+1 prowess against Orcs. +1 direct influence against Dwarves and Dwarf factions. If in a company with Gimli, that company cannot be targeted by Unhappy Blows, your Dwarf factions are worth +1 MP, and both of them may take defeated creatures and minions as trophies (double the prowess bonus given by a trophy). If one of them has less trophy MPs, he must face the first strike of every attack that does not choose defenders, regardless of status.

Shadowfax
Unique. Ranger Ally.
Playable only by Gandalf at any tapped or untapped Border-hold or Ruins & Lairs. Tap to cancel a strike (not from an automatic attack) against its bearer or itself. When Gandalf enters play, you may bring this card from your discard pile into your hand.

I Know Much About You
Short-event
Playable on a diplomat during the movement/hazard phase whose company is facing a hazard creature attack. Name a hazard card. If your opponent has this card in his hand, he must reveal it and you may choose one of three options: the creature is discarded, the creature receives -3 prowess and -1 body, or the revealed card is discarded. Otherwise, your opponent must reveal his hand and the hazard limit is increased by two.

Edit: This card is being taken out of VSet 1 to make room for Orc-Mounts, since our number of cards must remain the same. --Frodo

Cup of Farewell
Whenever a hero company splits from a company with a female character who is not Galadriel or Arwen or leaves the same site as any player’s Galadriel or Arwen, the resource player may choose for that female character to tap (Galadriel or Arwen do not tap) and place a minor item from his discard pile or sideboard with a character in the leaving company.

Alert the Folk becoming Master of Esgaroth?

Master of Esgaroth
If Brand or Bard is at Laketown or Dale, you may tap a character in their company to take a hoard item from your discard pile or play deck (reshuffle) into your hand. Each time you play an item at a Dragon’s Lair, you may untap Dale, Lake-town, or a company at these sites. Dragons may be keyed to these sites. You may start the game with this card in lieu of a minor item. Your second starting minor item may be a non-unique hoard minor item.

Edit: Joe agrees to name change.

The Nazgul are Abroad
When this card is played, take up to four hazards from your discard pile or sideboard and place them face down with this card. If there is a Nazgûl in play, you may play non-creature hazards placed with this card that have the word “Nazgûl” in their game text as if they were in your hand (not onguard). You must discard two Nazgul events from play in order to play Long Dark Reach, Fury of the Iron Crown, Morgul Horse or Scimitars of Steel in this manner. Once per movement/hazard phase, a hazard played that targets a Nazgûl creature increases the hazard limit by one. Discard when your play deck is exhausted.

Half and Eye Open
When this card is played, take up to four hazards from your discard pile or sideboard and place them face down with this card. If an "at Home" event is in play, you may play non-unique hazard events placed with this card that mention a named Dragon or the word “Dragon” in their game text or title as if they were in your hand (not onguard). There must be three "at Home" events in play in order to play Parsimony of Seclusion, Prowess of Age, Long Dark Reach or From the Pits of Angband in this manner. Twice per turn, a hazard played that targets a unique Dragon increases the hazard limit by one. Discard when your play deck is exhausted.

Dwar Unleashed
Playable on Dwar during the organization phase (if Dwar is your Ringwraith). Even without a mode card, Dwar’s company may use region movement equal to 1 region plus a region for every Wolf faction or two Wolf allies you have in play. Any character controlling a Wolf ally may be in the same company as Dwar and all Wolf allies in Dwar’s company gain the ranger skill. Dwar may play Our Own Wolves and Hounds of Sauron. You may discard this card if Dwar is not moving: Dwar’s current region and all adjacent regions change to Dark-Domains or Wildernesses until your next organization phase. Cannot be duplicated.

And Orc-mounts to replace I Know Much About You or Indur Unleashed:

Orc-mounts V:
Wolf Faction
1 MP
Playable at any tapped or untapped site with a Wolf automatic-attack (if you have a Wolf faction in play) or an Orc automatic-attack if the influence check is greater than 10. Once in play, the number required to influence this faction is zero. Standard Modifications: +3 if Dwar is your Ringwraith or Saruman is your Fallen-wizard. Tap Orc-mounts during your organization phase to immediately transfer one Wolf ally from one character to another in the same company. You may tap one Orc-mounts during your end-of-turn phase to take Our Own Wolves from your discard pile into your hand. Our Own Wolves no longer creates an attack against your companies.

Horns, Horns, Horns
Playable on a company moving from a site in Rohan to Minas Tirith if any character in that company has a home site of Edoras. Your Riders of Rohan (and any character with Edoras as a home site, Noble Steed, Great Shield of Rohan, or Red Arrow in this company) add half their MP value to the MP value of this card when it is played (round down). Company faces three attacks (may not be cancelled): Orcs 5@12; Animals 3@14; Nazgûl 1@20. The prowess of these attacks is decreased by the MP value of this card. If Witch-king of Angmar is in play, or if your opponent revealed it to you by a mechanism of the game, it must be used in lieu of the Nazgûl attack. Cannot be duplicated.

First of the Order
Playable on Saruman during the organization phase. Tap First of the Order to give a +2 to a corruption check to character in Saruman's company (except Saruman) who is bearing a ring or Palantir. You may discard this card to give hero Saruman a +2 to a corruption check from a spell or while bearing a ring or Palantir. You may discard this card and a character in fallen Saruman's company to prevent fallen Saruman from being eliminated by a corruption check. Cannot be duplicated.

Usriev of Treachery
1(2/3)
Weapon. Warrior only: +1 prowess (+2 against Elves). Tap a covert diplomat in Usriev’s company during any player’s site phase to transfer Usriev (invert this card) to a character in opponent’s company at the same site with
a mind <6. If Usriev is inverted, it cannot be transferred,
and each untap phase bearer is attacked by a non-Hobbit character in his company with a mind <6 (resource player’s choice): if bearer gets wounded, attacker takes control of Usriev. Only one inverted Usriev in play per player. Usriev gives 2 MPs if stored, 3 MPs if inverted. If inverted and
bearer is removed from play, this card is stored.

Open to the Summons

Balrog Specific. Playable only at the start of a game in lieu of a minor item. You may play Baduila in your starting company. Place this card with Baduila if he is in play. +1 to his mind, +1 to his body. If this card is in your pool, you may include Man factions in your deck. Such factions can only be influenced by a character at Baduila’s site. Baduila cannot be brought into play as a character except through this card’s effect. During the end-of-turn phase, you may tap Baduila to take Swag, Tidings of Death, or The Misty Mountain Deeps into hand from your play deck or discard pile.

Fair Travels in Dark-domains

Add: "Cannot be duplicated."

It's too strong, I believe, to be able to cancel so many hazs otherwise, especially late game. Consider a One Ring run!
