I wanna place small stickers on my sleeves to note which card is SB/deck/pool. I sthis allowed? Obvious they will be on the side where the card shows.

I once read some rules (dont ask me where!!), in which there was written that every mark, no matter on what side, is forbidden. But me too, I'd very much appreciate if we dont care about such things (unless we make a 30 minutes break between every 2 games)
From CoL Tournament Policy (Which is used for all Worlds)
Protective Sleeves-A player may play with his or her cards in protective sleeves unless the tournament coordinator requires the cards to be taken out of the sleeves. An opponent may petition the tournament coordinator to require that a player remove his or her cards from their protective sleeves, if the opponent reasonably believes that one of the following rules is being violated.
a) Each of a player's cards must be in the same make of protective sleeve.
b) Each card must be oriented the same way with respect to the opening of the sleeve.
c) No distinguishing marks or inconsistent degree of wear is allowed on individual sleeves.
d) Only one card is allowed in each sleeve.
So I guess technically you'd be in violation of Part c) but I haven't actually have anyone use this rule. We're a tight knit community and I've definately seen other players mark cards on the front side so they know if the card came from the SB, is used in both decks, etc. Not everyone is fortunate enough to own 6 longbottom leaves for example fo 2 hero decks.

Having a decklist present with the cards you need to exchange underlined or in bold print or otherwise works fine for me, it might take a bit more time, but getting it all sorted takes up time anyway, only solution is bringing two complete separate decks, even if only one card has to be exchanged you still have to go through all of them when rearranging the deck.
but heck, I'd be fine with such marking. In fact, I've rarely ever played a tourney consistently using only one type of sleeve. I've got most of my rares in Ultra pro, and the other cards I don't even know, some in ultra pro some in cheaper sleeves, as long as there's no system or whatever so you get info, there's no cheat. I just hate having to exchange 100 cardssleeves for the tourney, the less you touch the cards the better.
