I'm leaving in a few hours! woo hoo!

Unfortunately, the 3D cards still haven't arrived at my place, so I won't be able to bring them for prizes. They'll have to be used as prizes for other tournaments. But don't worry: we have plenty of cool stuff for winners (and non-winners)!

Sleepy now. So sleepy. Just got home. Lost Joe on the way somewhere, hope he's found a spot to sleep. Good beer & gin, I think Mark, Mark, Heiner, Leon and Mikko will concur. I think I got second place in minion sealed today but I'm not quite sure. Leon won it, though. That's for sure. Virtual cards? Who knows? As far as I'm concerned, that tourney didn't really happen.

Almost good, MArtin.

Heiner did indeed win worlds.

1. Heiner (Red HIlls)
2. Alfons (hobbits dragonland)
3. MIkko (Strider short rest)
4. Bert (malady/wolfiehog)

Rest of the result:

Team tourney:
1. Agustin/Heraclio

MIxed Sealed
1. MArtin Karlsson.

I am typing this now with 5 guys peeping over my shoulder, and I am pretty much brainfried. I will post a more detailed result later this week. JUst suffices that Worlds 08 was decided on pretty much the last 5 minutes with a dice roll. Stay tuned......

yes I finally made it after the 3rd, 4th and 2nd places thelast 3 years ;-). I was lucky to win after the 2 - 4 defeat against alfons in the second round of the final, but I think this was the compensation for the a little bit unluckly missed chances the last 3 years ;-).

I will write a tournament report as soon I will find the time.

Weltmeisterliche Grüße

Heiner

Thanks everybody for such a great time and congrats to Heiner as a deserving champion, he was relentless in his search fo vistory and that, at the end, paid its dividends. The venue was outstanding (sometimes too hot though) and everything ran smooth and relaxed. I'm also very glad Dominic found his cards!

And Manuel, you must be kidding, right? Four Spaniards out of five in the top ten is not that bad, while we all would have liked to reach the final!
