As those who attended worlds know, there was a 10 euro fee to compete. Now, as far as I know, this fee was not justified by the expenses incurred in organization. All (or nearly all) of the sealed product was donated by Arco and me, and players participating in sealed events had to pay extra fees (12 euro as I recall). The one ring was donated. Very few prizes were distributed. As far as I know, Mikko donated the poker chips. So the only prizes actually distributed at cost were four non-meccg card games, about 70 boosters, and 3 sets of sleeves. Those prizes certainly didn't cost 320 euro, or whatever it was we collected.
I'd like to see the balance sheet from the Worlds organizers, and to make sure that any excess they collected goes to the CoE treasury. Kris & Bert, can you take care of this?
Regarding the fee...

Sure. I had some expenses, but set the price to 10 euros as a safekeeping. I will look after it on sunday (my day off).

Made a rough estimate but here we go. Specified will be included later.
32 participants
3 excluded from entry fee (Marc Roca, Mark Alfano, Mikko Vithemaki)
29 participants = 290 euro
Sealed deck:
thursday: 4 x 14 = 56 euros.
friday: 14 x 12 = 168 euros
saturday: 8x10 = 80 euros
sunday: 6x14 = 84 euros
--------------------------------------
Income: 678 euros
Expenses:
Several small games: 150 euros
Signed cards from Wolfgang: 35 euros
Display TW unl starters: 40 euros
Limited starters 2: 12 euros
Spanish starters 3: 15 euros
Finnish boosters 6: 7 euros
2 starter display LE Ger: 100 euros
Printing costs: 20 euros
----------------------------------------------
Expenses: 369 euros.
Which nets me the sum of 309 euros I have left.
This is subject to change when I get the exact bill from wolfgang. I could be mistakes about the unlimited starter display.
If anyone can tell me WHICH account I can transfer the money to, under which name and such? I dont have paypal.

Great! Thanks for the quick reply. We had agreed to transfer funds to Chris via paypal. His address there is: chscable@feinus.com. Bert, would it be a big problem for you to start a paypal account in order to make this transfer? If yes, then I suggest that you give the money to someone else who can make the transfer. For instance, you could send a check to Wolfgang, who could then make the transfer.

sorry that it took a while, i have just sent my calculations to bert.
things are a little bit complicated, cause:
i have sent stuff to nico to bring to the location.
kris took all that was returned and keeps it at home till Lure.
so i dont know exactly what was used. however we can calculate taking the number of players in the sealed events.

Thats how I did it. I know what was used from the free stuff handed out by Arco, Mark and Marc and so I calculated.

I thought I sent you an email with calculations... all I need is your account number and IBAN to transfer the cash.
