Updated to version 3.0:
  • Updated with new entries from CRF #20.
  • Some interactive functions have also been added:
    • Hyperlinks to external sources.
    • Elements of the Index linked on their respective pages.
    • Footer buttons linked to the index pages.
    • Cross references linked on the elements referred to.

The document looks fantastic! Having said that, posting it only on GitHub limits the audience.
Hence, I have taken the liberty of attaching v3.0 to this post. I hope that's okay.

Sure. There is no problem. But this document is not final, it will be updated in the future!

Updated to version 3.3:
  • Updated with new entries from CRF #21.
  • Minor text corrections have also been made and some notes with duplicated or redundant information have been eliminated.

Thank you so much for taking the time to put all this together! It's so well presented and laid out that I'm going to print it out and have it spiral bound.

Thanks, what a beautiful document! Is the intention of these rules to be identical to the ones over here (albeit presented differently): https://www.councilofelrond.org/rules/ ?

This book only contains texts and rules from official sources, exactly as they were written by ICE at the time or by the CoE later.

I believe the set of rules you mention is a new version written recently by the CoE to add more clarity and make the game easier to understand.
