Conjure the Tempest/Dragon faction

Hi, if I am right I cannot play Smaug roused with Conjure the Tempest as you must discard a non-unique hazard that matches the factions type.I don’t know of a non-unique Dragon creature.Thank you for some inspiration.Uwe

yes playtesting revealed it was too good for dragon factions ;)
