I have been working on a document containing all the official MeCCG rules. At first it was a document for personal use, but someone saw it and told me that I should share it, so that's what I do now.

Collecting all the official material available in a single document and making it functional and effective is really complicated. MeCCG has many nuances in terms of game rules and organizing all the information is quite challenging. After all, there are rules that only apply to certain alignments or situations; present all the rules to be easily accessible has turned out to be a difficult and I have a feeling that I did not succeed. But if MeCCG is a difficult game, a rulesbook of that kind is equally complicated.

MeCCG All-in-One Rulebook has been drafted from the most recent rules published by ICE (Middle-earth: The Lidless Eye Rulesbook), text that now have been added the specific rules published with each of the different expansions of the game in the reverse sequence as they were published, to ensure that the most updated rules are being used. The resulting document has been completed with errata and clarifications that have appeared in the different guides published by ICE (The Wizards Companion, The Wizards Player Guide, The Dragons Player Guide, Dark Minions Player Guide, The Lidless Eye Companion, and The Lidless Eye Player Guide), together with any clarifications studied by the different NetRep teams of ICE (official) and CoE.
The idea is update the document with any missing official information.

I hope that you will find this document helpful. You can download it here:

Anyone else with success/failure?

Yes. It doesn't work. GIthub tries to display the pdf, not provide a download. You probably need to clone the repo to get the actual file.

I've now done that. I have not read the document but skimmed it. It certainly looks really great. Well laid out, use of artwork is nice (although the full page ones might be dropped :).

You might consider doing it with a plain white background for people who might want to print it. It's going to use a ton of ink. That'd be for later though. I'll give it a read electronically first.

I found it could be obtained via the url posted above. Github initially gave an error message "Unable to render code block" but if you ignore that and click on the "Download raw file" icon it does eventually present the downloaded pdf file. Takes a few seconds of waiting though. At first when you click on the icon it seems like nothing is happening.

I'm no expert but this looks to be a huge achievement. The english could be improved in one or two places but that's a very minor comment. It's brilliant, just what I needed after spending so much time checking rules in different places.

Heh, I looked for the download raw thing but missed it somehow... Apparently I'm blind :)

Edge does it!
Chrome cannot (I have tried it with AdBlock disabled and page reloaded).

It has something to do with AdBlock or with my configuration of Chrome. I have tried with the same computer, the same installation of Windows, but from different user account. After pressing "Download raw file" Chrome downloads the PDF.

Wow, thank you so much for such an incredible job. It turned out beautiful and super useful. I'm sure more than one person will print it out to have it on paper. My utmost respect ;)

This is unreal. It looks like an actual Player's Handbook, like you'd get for a tabletop RPG from a massive company with unlimited resources.

I'm only 12 pages in and I'm already awestruck. Great work.

This book is amazing and looks amazing! Wonderful job and a remarkable that you have put everything in one place. Is it still updating or is it final already? I think I will get it printed.
